After I've been logged in for a while, HCL automatically logs me out (I imagine cookies expire or something?).  It doesn't tell me I've logged out and then our clients cannot contact us through live support.  Does anyone know how I can change this?

Operator timeout can be found in hcl/config.php line 176.
