w3it: I'm most certain that HCL will be offering a free based version. I have not heard anything about a fee based version so i assume it is not planned at the time. :)

This app is purely commercial, to respond to the demands revolving around the old winapp we don't own or support.
So, this will be a fee based product only. If you don't want the windows application, then you can of course use your browser for free to monitor users and chat requests..

That's still alright! But it won't be locked down to a specific support URL would it? Just because I find it a bit frustrating when we have to change domains etc? Or lose domains my our case. |

Hi ther the 2 weeks are almost done is ther already a release date and a knowledge about how much a licence wil cost  and is this a licence for 1 PC or can i put it on multiple pc's ? |

We're beta testing... hope to release it next week for public testing..
There won't be any upgrade or free offers made, since we didn't receive the benefit of those initial purchases, so there is nothing to base a discount or free offer on.
We're also working on a web based app..
Trying to keep a lot of balls in the air.. sorry for being so slow.

I would also like to get info on the pricing and availability timeline of the new HclApp. Looking around the forums and net, there seems to be quite a bit of demand for this. Is there an e-newsletter we can sign up for to receive this info when it's released? I appreciate any info you could spare.
