Hi guys!

i'm new here, i'm sorry about the english.  

My version of HCL is 2.   1.   5, but i alredy tried other versions and the problem persist.  

I don't know if the problem is of my server.  
I open the little operator's window(Live Support) and i'm waiting for the users.  
After some 40 or 50 minutes without traffic, the section of the operator expire and I need login again.  

PS: I tried PHPLive Support and it happened the same thing. 

What's happening?

the section of operator don't expire anymore, but when an user tries to enter in support, the user receives a message that all operators are busy.
