just playing around with HCL a little and ran into a slight problem with all the codes that i'm not quite sure how to fix.  i've had it working perfectly before, and the system _does_ work - just a couple of errors that are causing some grief.

upon visiting a page with the integration code on it, the user receives an error saying:

"www. ayion. com sent an incorrect or unexpected message.  Error Code: -12263"

any idea as to what is going on here? you can play with it yourself at hxxp: ayion. com/test2. php - however, i may not be online so there will not be any operators, and as such, nothing will appear on the page.
