Hello.

Is it possible to switch off the security code facility in eTicket so that clients can generate tickets without needing to enter a secuirty code?

I don't believe so.  Captcha is used to prevent spam, it's there to protect your DB and sanity.

Your best bet would be to check out the eTicket site for more information.  http://sourceforge.net/projects/eticket/
