Im really hoping there is someone on the forum that can help us with an issue that has been plauging the store since yesterday morning.

We are able to login to the HCL but after clicking on live help, the little window pops up but says offline.  When I click on the online button I just get an error in the footer of the window.  When I click on it, it says permission denied to status. php.  I am unable to get the HCL to go online. 

Any assistance as to what could be casuing this problem would be helpful.
