Hey,

I turn off sound but still when there is a request, I hear it.

Any way to turn it off instead of on operator chan or remove from conf?

All the sounds are in the template folders, you can change these to what ever you like (including dead air).  So your saying if sounds are off in the monitor (the operator window) it still is playing?  Is this on 2.1.2?
