Hi, just installed this on my server. I have set up an operator (me) and a department. My question is how do I log in as operator. When I go to the operator tab I am there but it says not logged in so when I go to the help center page it says OFFLINE.

Hi There I have The`Same Problem I have Followed The`Configuration Instructions Created the operators and departments But CanFind No way Of Loggin In So The Support Icon Says Online Please Help LOL Smiley

Hello, if you mean so you can login as your new operator, www.yourdomain.com/hcl/admin/

If you mean to go on-line, click the "live help" button.
