My hosts doesnt allow smtp, instead they told me the following

Unfortunately, CGI/PHP scripts in
web hosting accounts cannot send mail through SMTP.   Instead, they should
be configured to send mail locally by invoking /usr/sbin/sendmail.   Most
programs should already have an option to use sendmail or SMTP.   However,
if you are not certain how to configure this, you should consult the
developer of your ticketing system for assistance.

Suggestions are greatly appreciated.  Right now my sufers cant email me when support is offline
