Hi everybody,

I am a newbie and I installed hcl. I can log in in admin but, how can I manage the live help?

For example, I want when one of our customer click on a button om one of our website, he will be connected with an "hcl" operator. What files must I modify (live directory???)?

Basically, define a department (say support or sales or whatever you like), then add an operator, then generate the Java code to insert into the page you wish to display live help.  All in all pretty easy...
