did you install hcl first on the server?

if so

login in your own hcl
go to settings
create operator
create department
then the left icon is generate code
generate the code and select it en copy

go to your joomla admin, go to module help center live
activate it
do it on the right position
go to the module parameters
and the paste the selected code in the generated code screen
save it

and you're done
