ok i have it installed ... now how do i login to make the departments for the live help.. and i did a test email.. it has not sent it to me at my website email.. where is it and where did it go too.. I feel lost can some help me please.  Shocked

To login you go to http://www.yoursite.com/yourlivehelpdir/admin

Once logged in click settings and then you can go create your departments.

Also when you create your department, you will set the mail address.  If you submitted one already, it's has gone where ball point pens and the missing socks go, therefore you'll never see it again in most cases...

You set this when you install and configure. 

If you have forgotten these details, use phpMyAdmin or similar tool to investigate the operators table.  You should see the username and if you have forgotten your password, insert a new md5 encrypted password in the password field
