 i installed the help center chat.  its working fine.  but whenever i go to the link it will display the offline message.  there is no operator to chat.  it goes to send mail option.  i also login as operator in another pc.  is any setting will change for view operator online? plz anybody help me

yes i have the same problem.  i think the software has a bug or is just dead.  i have 6 operators and they all are on the monitor and it says there all offline :(

please help me asap as my support centre is going belly up
