I have installed Help Center Live 2. 1. 4.  Its working good for me, but status icons not showing.  I copied code and paste on a Joomla powered site in a module.  I have only text: Click here for Live Help.  Powered by Help Center Live.  You can see this directly on this page: hxxp: www. freefinance. pl/ (top left column).   

On a subpage I inserted code from HCL installed on an other  server for tests and it works perfectly : hxxp: www. freefinance. pl/kalkulatory. html

I tried a newest version and without changes too. 

Whats is problem?
