Need Help, I'm stagnated modification in the program.  I need to modify the program to be prompted to customers other than the name field and more that what this is recorded as containing the name in the transcript.  So far succeeded in creating a field in a matrix and to enter the record of transcripts read this field, but no achievement to register any information in that field.
