i try install the soft ware useing the Fantastico in my cpanel.  It install all of it.  but when i go to the  two links.  they don;t work.  Can you fix this or can you tell me how fix this please.

when i go them link it gave me error massage.

Not Found

The requested URL /live help was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
