Hello every body.
My HCL 2. 7 Installation is almost working fine.  But when a chat request is made by an IE6 user and the operator accept the chat request.  The message "waiting for operator" displays and nothing happens.

I discover that, if I refresh the popup chat window the chat session initiate, and then I have to refresh again to start chatting.  All of this from the chat request window.

Firefox and IE& working ok.

it is problem with config in the server.  i have the same problem in other server, but in the cirtexhosting. com work fine.
