Looking for programming customization on HelpCenterLive

Hello all - I'm looking for a programmer to help customize HelpCenterLive to the needs we will have for our project. Likely this will include installation labor as well, but essentially since most of the components of the engine are existing, the customization will be related to interface, and most importantly, some sort of CMS system, which I will need a programmer for as well. I need to marry some data from the chat system through a CMS system to basically allow for rankings to be done of the operator once the chat is finished, and those ratings to appear on a website profile, where my operators will essentially compete for ratings/rankings.
Please contact me with your proposal, and I'll give you further details.
