I just recently installed Live Help.  It all looks good so far, except the Live Help.  I am logged in as admin and I have clicked to open Live Help.  It comes up and I show as Online and Sound On, etc.  However, when I go to the main help center page it shows that Live Help is Offline.  Never shows me as Online and always gives this message when clicked on - Unfortunately there are no operators available to assist you at the moment. Please submit your query using our trouble ticket system.

Any suggestions?

Just curious, what fixed it for you.  If it's something new, it may help someone else down the line.
