Strangely initiate chat does not seem to be working for me in Firefox but it does work in IE, I am using the latest HCL, I am wondering if someone knows the very latest code insert thats needed in the page in case it was modified since the out of the box original 2.1.5 release?

Also if there is any new code for any of the backend stuff that would be great as well.  If anyone knows where to get the latest and reliable code for Initiate chat code that would be great.  I know browsers always change things so it would be great to find this easily.  I went into the forums already to check but I am getting different variations so i am bit confused.

In case anyone is wondering the Firefox version is 2.0.0.12
