I would like to see the information that is available when the viewer is in the monitor, available in the HCL Admin area, per viewer.

To go a step further I would like to be able to add comments / notes to the viewer record, and be able to link to the list of chat logs that match.

Custom fields when chat is initiated (i.e. email address, phone number, company) and the ability to turn them on and off based on department. This information should then be added to the viewer record for later viewing.

And finally, it would be great to display the nickname that is used if the viewer initiates a chat (in the viewer info). This will give us some help associating later on.

Maybe take it a bit further and make a reporting feature.  I'd rather see that as a module, but the core side would be to keep detailed logs of everything. 

One thing I wouldn't do is try to keep a live list of this data on the admin page, as it would put a lot of MySQL queries out there.  Admin has option of leaving a live window open, and be offline.

Could it be setup exactly the same in layout as the Transcripts page? Not something that is available in the monitor area.

A list of host names (or nickname if supplied), with each name being a link to their visitor detail/history would be great.

Yeah, that would work, and be easy to program, just copy and paste transcripts then change the details. Smiley  I like it when I can cheat.
