Hi Everyone. 

I just recently started using Help Center Live.  Fantastic product. .  thanks to everyone who works so hard on it.

It seems I cannot get the chat going from the operator side of things.  If I click on "Initiate" then select the department, then select "Initiate" the pop-up disappears and nothing happens on either end (it only suggests that the status of that user is now "Chatting", but this is not the case).

I'm just wondering if anyone ever found a solution to this problem.
