Help.  We installed the HCL, configured all right, it connects, appears on the website, and the client can get into the chat.  The problem is, when someone tries to send any message through the chat, it seems to send the message, but it isnt processed.  No errors occur, but the message isnt recorded on the DB and it's not sent to the other side.  Any idea?
