Wonder whether anyone can help or at least point me in the right direction.  My shopping cart is located on a different domain to my main website.  This is because I have multiple websites and only one SSL certificate.  I have just installed ver 2. 1. 5 HCL and am unable to get it to track from one website to the other - any ideas?

Hello,

I think the problem is not that it's a different domain(HCL can handle that perfectly if the url in the configuration is correct), but I think the problem is that the shopping cart is on a SSL secured domain: the most web browsers(if not all) deny including any non-secure images and other code on a secure website. I'd suggest you place the HCL installation on the same domain, so it is also on a secure protocol.
