I followed a link here from a post in the Oscommerce forums that suggested this worked well with Oscommerce. And the main site looks like it might be built in drupal. But I can't seem to find any indication in these pages that any integration between this and any other software has or is being developed.

I suggest a page on the home page of this site that summarizes the status of any integration and an Integration category in forums as well.

If I was to use any separate CRM software or live help or ticket system I would want to tie the communications to my customer's record and if it is order related to the specific order. Otherwise it doesn't solve my problem of disorganized customer communication well enough to bother with it. So if this development has or is being done for Drupal or Oscommerce or anything please do tell. If it is not being done please write up a thoughtful study of this software works so as to give other software communities inspiration and information toward integration.
