Has anyone had experience with running HCL on an Iphone? Thanks.

No, however I'd love some reports on it.  AT&T positively is awefull around here, so much so that I will not be buying an Iphone for quite a while. Sad

Yes, it works very well with an iPhone.  I tested using our wireless connection at work by talking with myself on my work computer.
