Hi, first at all thanks in advance for your support.  There are a couple of things that I'm looking for, I was researching in this forum but I haven't got an answer yet.  Also I understand what a former moderator said about lazy people that doesn't help themselves before post a question.  Again, I researched a lot about these things.

Is there a way where an operator can handle more than one conversation at time? It's very useful and needed for companies who has only one operator.

Also, when chat visitors or even operators type many characters at chat windows, the message dissapears suddenly, have you ever seen that?
