Hi everyone,

I hope you can help me out here.  Our website is www. taskus. com and we use HCL for our live chat.

Unfortunately, when I click online on the HCL window, it does not appear online on our website.  Ihave no idea what could be worng and I hope someone can help me on this.

A couple questions before I can help you out.

1. Have you applied the patches found in the forums? Primarily the firefox 3.0.6 patch?

2. What browser and operating system do you use for the client AND operator?
