Language BUG
«
on:

When I change the encoding of the language file to UTF-8 (the encoding of the language file not the charset) the picture of live support is gone and instead there is only text link.
I've tried with the default and custom images but it doesn't work in both cases. Uploading the images again doesn't work either.
I don't know what to do.

Yes, it's ok then. The picture is back but the words are ?#%!(^!!@%^!%.
Macedonian language requires UTF-8, and just seting the charset to utf-8 doesn't help, the language file has to be in the same encoding.

try changing it on the same language file. Find this on line 31:
$lang['charset'] = 'iso-8859-1';
and also you may need to change your database collation setting, something HCL currently can not do for you (I use phpMyAdmin to do this.)

I wouldn't write here if the problem was the charset.
On the other hand I've never try with changing the db collation settings, and now I see that collation is set to latin_swedish_ci
I will try changing it to UTF-8 in a couple of days, lot of work this days and I will need a new subdomain and db for testing purposes (it's better to have support in english then no support.
Thanks.
