1) We are using HCL 2.1.4 for last 6 to 8 months. The installation is simple and easy. The issue I am facing is when a operator starts chatting with a user, the chat window automatically closes after some time (say 1 or 2 hrs). I want to keep it on until operator wants it. Is there any setting, I need to change or need to do so that this problem gets solved.

  2) Also In the chat window the timing always starts from 30:00, I want to start from 00:00 where can I make the change to get the desired result.

  3) When operator makes a chat request, the users sees the small pop up on his side but it is too small to see where can I make the change so that it can be sizable and user can easily see it?
