We have  error on live help pop up page
i made first : department >  operator  > generate  code
when i log in with user name :admin  my status is :Not Logged In
then i click on the live help  >my explore go to this address :admin/monitor /index.php and then after 5second return this address :admin/index.php   and show admin page  Huh

your problems could be:

1. you did not configure the HCL correctly
2. your browser is f**ked up.

i sugest deleting all HCL files + mysql database. install the latest version. installing your browser again (i sugest IE 7)

I have done all of them  but result are same
I use oldest version(2.1.1) but the same error happed 
even i installed opera browser but....

as far as i know the oldest is 2.1.5
