Congratulations for excellent HCL Grin

My problem, after 20 minutes logged in HCL, logo it appears off-line in the site, more the monitor of visitors continues working normally, my solution is to close the window of the monitor and to open again for the panel of the Admin, logo comes back to be on-line in the site.

I using HCL 2.1.5
I create my departments and assignment, check my name and click edit.
I config the number of seconds until the chat session times out $conf['chat_timeout'] = '60';

The problem occurs with the two browsers, I.E and Firefox  Undecided
It would like an orientation with I.E 7.0 in Windows XP Professional SP2
