Hi,

I like to pay someone to help so this following problem never occurs again.

When I have switched on to ONLINE, the system very rapidly times out to be OFFLINE without I have done anything or logged out. 

What can I do, so it says ONLINE as long as I have not logged out ?

Hope someone can help.   Thanks.
