I am interested to setup for Joomla site.  I installed the module but not working.  Need paid help pls.

I'm looking for paid help too - I have installed the HCL on hxxp: support. slcoding. com but when someone contacts me, I need to open a new "request monitor" all the time for see if there's someone that needs support (aka - it don't auto-reload the request monitor) and the other problem is - when I finally get in contact with one - he can see my messages - but I can't see his. .  first after the chat - in the logs - do you know how to solve this?

Im running mac OSX and safari btw
