Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to use this tool for a wide variety of users and platforms.  There seems to have been something done to address MAC platform issues (probably a java issue on mac), but I see about 25 percent of my customers are either on Macs (Firefox/safari) or non IE PC based browsers.

Is there a fix for MAC?HuhHuh

Product is great. .  still have icon issues so I just use text. . .  would like to do custom icons for departments, but. . .

I've found that this issue is related to the host having php safe mode turned on.   You should be able to resolve it by editing the config. php and setting the following parameter to true.

    // Installation info
        // If you have safe_mode set to 'on' in your php. ini, change this to true
        $conf['safe_mode'] = false;
