However, can you give some specifics on the install? 
Did you ensure write permissions on the cache,compile,and icon directories?
I don?t know how setup write permissions in windows shared enviroment   

Looks like Firefox, do you have the java plug in installed?
Have you tried other browsers? 
Did you create a department and assign at least one operator to it? 
Same instalation (files and db working fine in other server in linux/apache enviroment)
