Hi,
  My Live Help Monitor is not showing the users as the come onto the page.    It shows  them if they go to the Help Center loctaed at hxxp: www.  GizzmoPortal.  info/hcl

Please help.

What browser and operating system are you using? And how have you integrated it into the main page?

Hi,

I have the same problem, debugging it has shown that not everybody logs a footprint.  Visitors that don't have a footprint will not been shown.

On of the useragents that is not logging footprints:
Microsoft Internet Explorer - Mozilla/4. 0 (compatible; MSIE 7. 0; Windows NT 5. 1; . NET CLR 1. 1. 4322; . NET CLR 2. 0. 50727; InfoPath. 2)

I am now looking into 'why' footprints aren't logged.
