I have the following problem:

Here at my company we need an online support system, and with some luck I found HCL.  I installed and tried to see if it will satisfy the company needs.

We need a single instalation of HCL that can handle multiple websites.
Example: The Website1 with a HCL client, and Website2 with a client, but sharing the database, and one website must not have access to the another.

I can manipulate the source code to do that, but I don't know where to start.
