Problem in chat operator-to-operator

when start a chat in mode operator to operator in different PC's, an alert is showing "This chat doesn't exist" . . . Could some one help. . . !?!?!?!

Your 'cache' permissions is set to 777?

HCL totally is in 777. . . I called operator but the conversation falls. . .
