Hello

Just installed the software, now I need an experienced user/developer to help me understand all the ins and outs, maybe some configuration in my site, explain how everything works. More or less I have a notion of out it works, but would like to pay for someone to quickly explain everything.

One example: I dont get why I configured email account for the departments. Also I do not know if its possible to allow users to select the lang they want to use, I need to understand what hot pages are and how they work, also the request chat operator, configure the code in site etc etc..

A chit chat and some copy paste if you have one hour or two available, i would be very happy!
