Hey, just installed HCL, was a breeze.  But i'm having trouble getting operators to be logged in so I can initiate a chat.  I'm on a mac, using firefox latest one.  Any advice?

I, too, am having problems.   I installed the latest release, which is running on a Linux webhost.   I use Windows 7, and I tested the chat with IE 8. 0. 7600. 16385, Firefox 3. 6. 3, and Chrome 5. 0. 375. 55.

IE8 is working fine.   Neither Firefox nor Chrome are initiating the chat session, though.

this is really frustrating.  does anyone have any advice?
