Did a test, but still it showed Offline? Huh

Can you tell me what is the problem? Tried to start the chat but it gave dialog box shwed an error message. Huh

We've been discussing a timeout issue that may be affecting you. I'm working on a possible fix for it now. Don't worry, I haven't forgotten you.
