Hello everyone.
I have been using this HCL for a while and i am so satisfied for it. Nice nice job. However lots of my client are asking me why in the monitor screen when you initiate a chat, people have to input their nick name and not an email address or proper name.
Is there anyone who knows how to change this?
if so where can i find it and how can i do it? i think many people will be happier for this as when interacting with people who are interested in buying, it will be easier to see their email address immediately instead of asking the shopper during the live chat. Do i make sense?

to solve this you can go to hcl/lang/english.php and replace this code:

$lang['nick'] = 'Nickname';

fot this one

$lang['nick'] = 'Email Address';

and you got it 

Really, we need to add an additional field to the DB.  Which is doable, however we want to ensure it doesn't blow up code elsewhere.
