can anyone at all help here is a pic of how i have it so far .      .       but when i type in the url it isnt there

otherwise you van go tot your url / phpbb3 /install

Just to add my bit, I discovered HCL from my webhost control panel through FANTASTICO.  It really seems to make everything simple to install as far as HCL is concerned.  I have just installed 2. 1. 7 today and found it quite easy which is good for me.  Huh
