No Chat in MacOS Firefox

Hello, all.

I have an install on my own server that is working perfectly for all my operators except one that uses a mac. The operator account works fine when accessed on other computers.

On this mac, You can log in as an operator, but after launching the monitor window, you cannot see chats.

If you use the mac to start a chat as a client, an operator can see the chat request, and accept it, but no chat text can be seen by either party.

The only other forum posts that I found on this subject were the instances where 'aardvark' was showing, and I was able to fix that issue.

How can I make the chat work for my mac users? What information can I provide? I am using the latest version of the software, installed a week ago.

I thought that I would add some info:

MacOS 10. 4. 11
J2SE 5. 0
Firefox 3 (latest updates)

Here are the errors that I am getting from the error console:

Error: document. getElementById("aardvark_div_" + objuct) is null Line 109
Source File: https:my. domain. com/class/js/include. php?chat&chatid=23

When I end the chat, I get:

Error Permission Denied to get property Window. CoBrowse
Source File: https:my. domain. com/class/js/include. php?chat&chatid=23

Is there any further info I can add to help source the problem?

PS - I have tried this from 2 similar macs, both have the same problem.

Safari runs just fine, no issues.

Are there any other users that can confirm this for me? Is there any information that I can provide to help troubleshoot?
