can I chat with myself on my own computer online to test that it is working,
what is the best way to make sure everything is setup correctly
can you look at my site to verify it works.

I had to make this modification but now it shows live online help icon

Change to: "hxxp: website/live/icon.   php?departmentid=" (please note: do not put a departmentid in!)

also is it possible to set it up so that when someone clicks live help it buzzes an iphone so an operator can reply?
