Hi i'm new so I'll try and explain what I'm doing.
I have setup a localhost to test the system out in the hope we could integrate a live chat/enquiry service into the companys website. Ideally we'd like a ticketing system which i see has been removed for the mean time, but its goodto see so much work on development. So intead of tickets we'd like everybody in the department to receive an email, then I can build a flagging system to annouce that it has been dealt with.
I would like to use the mail functions that you already use, and was wondering if it is easily editable to send a mail to everyone in the department not just the department email address.
Alternatively any ideas how long before a ticketing system will be back in use?
