hi,
I tried to install HCL 2.1.5 and every thing is installed correctly i guess. i logged to the admin panel and created two departments and assigned two users. when i try to log on using any of the two users  i get the panel and when i click over live chat option i get a nice pop-up with three icons on the upper side. The problem is whenever i try to access hcl as external client i always get the offline message and the contact form. i got a feeling that the system is not aware if an HCL operator logon.

Would you please lead me where is the  mistake.

Note: whenever i log and open the "live chat" button  and press over the top right icon (2 figures with dots in between) i got another popup windows with the word "error" and a contact form below with empty departments list.
