Is there any way to have one monitor open that will respond to several websites, instead of having to leave one monitor open per website?

It currently it does that already, as we've done that for our websites as well. Two ways of doing this, either create one general department and use the same generated code for the department on all your websites or create multiple departments you just have to assign one or several operators to the all the departments. Then generate the individual codes for the department and place it on your website. The monitor should pick up for all the websites.
