-The Live Help 'Help Center' is offline...
-In the admin Mode, all operator is not logging.     
            -Admin (admin) | Not Logged In | View Statistics | Edit | 
            -David (David)  | Not Logged In | View Statistics | Edit | 
            -Jimmy (Jimmy)  | Not Logged In | View Statistics | Edit |

-department is set and operators are assigned to testing department.


i do for sure i have this checked:-
1. Sun Java plugin
2. trusted domain
3. folder permission for

- CHMOD /config.php to 777
- CHMOD /icons/ to 777
- CHMOD /compile/ to 777
- CHMOD /cache/ to 777



please advices. cheers!

Give me about 2 hours, and I should have a brand new version posted.  Seems there might be a cookie issue where if your time is not synced (to within 60 seconds) with the server, this can happen.
